Step-by-Step

Production Workflow

Raw Material Selection

We source premium grade Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE) granules from reputed petrochemical companies. Mixing and dosing are controlled by computers.

Tape Extrusion (Stretching)

Granules are melted and extruded into films, which are then cut into tapes and oriented (stretched) to gain high tensile strength.

Circular Weaving

Hundreds of loom machines weave the tapes into tubular fabric. This is where the bag gets its shape and primary strength.

Lamination & Printing

Fabric is coated or laminated for protection. Flexographic or Rotogravure printing adds high-quality branding to the bags.

Cutting & Stitching

Automated conversion lines cut the tubular fabric to size and stitch the bottom. Liners are inserted if required.
